FAQ

Your Questions, Straight Answers

The concerns professional importers raise before their first order from China — answered the way we answer them on WhatsApp: directly, with specifics.

Payment & Risk

How payments are structured and what protects your money at every milestone.

How do I pay for vehicles?+

We support T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit) through Hong Kong banking channels. A typical structure is 30% deposit to confirm the order, balance before shipment — with every payment tied to a verifiable milestone such as inspection approval or loading confirmation.

What protects me if something goes wrong?+

You are contracting with a Hong Kong registered company under Hong Kong law, with milestone-based payments, documented inspection approval before shipment, and cargo insurance options. Every step is evidenced with photos, videos and documents shared over WhatsApp.

Inspection & Quality

How every vehicle is verified before it is allowed on a ship.

Can I inspect the vehicle before shipping?+

Yes. Every vehicle goes through a 200+ point inspection. You receive a full photo and video report via WhatsApp and must approve before the vehicle is loaded. Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, JEVIC) is also welcome at your option.

Are the vehicles new or used?+

Both. We source brand-new vehicles from authorized channels and late-model used vehicles from auctions and dealers. The condition, mileage and spec of every unit are verified and reported before you commit.

Documents & Compliance

The paperwork you receive and how we match your country's import rules.

What documents will I receive?+

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, export customs declaration and any destination-specific certificates your country requires (e.g. GCC CoC, SONCAP, PVOC). All documents are reviewed before dispatch.

Can you meet my country's import regulations?+

We regularly export to the Middle East and Africa and know the rules that vary by country — vehicle age limits, emissions and safety standards, pre-export inspection schemes. We confirm compliance for your destination before you place an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Timelines, methods and tracking from Chinese port to your destination.

How long does shipping take?+

Typically 20–45 days door-to-port depending on destination and shipping method (RoRo or container). Middle East routes average 25–30 days; Africa routes average 35–45 days. You get tracking updates at every milestone.

RoRo or container — which should I choose?+

RoRo is usually cheaper and faster for single drivable vehicles. Containers offer more protection and let you ship multiple units or add spare parts and cargo. We recommend the best option for your order and budget.

Sourcing

What we can find for you and how the matching process works.

What brands can you source?+

Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, BYD, Geely, Chery, Sinotruk, Foton and more — including Chinese domestic brands that are not yet available through official export channels in your market.

Can you source a specific model and spec?+

Yes. Tell us the brand, model, trim, color, year and budget. We search our dealer, auction and manufacturer network and come back with matched options, photos and pricing — usually within a few days.
